I'm a "tree hugger" and I believe in global warming. So the more I learn that the Trump administration wants to eradicate anything with green in the name, I'm worried. But I also see opportunity for a clean slate. We’ve built ourselves a well-intentioned acronym salad of regulations on top of regulations. What if we could create one set of emissions reduction standards at the federal level? Here are my 10 ideas on what that might look like.
